Megan Prazenica is an animator, storyboard artist, and director from Pittsburgh, PA.

Her storyboard artist credits include Tuca & Bertie, BoJack Horseman, Q-Force, and Captain Fall. Megan was an animator on nine seasons of South Park from 2011-2020, including South Park, The Stick of Truth and South Park, The Fractured But Whole video games. She was an Assistant Director on Seasons 2 & 3 of Tuca & Bertie.

Megan made her directorial debut in 2023 on Anna Drezen's Praise Petey. She was also an assistant director on Amazon's The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy (Feb 2024).

 

When she isn't making TV, Megan is an independent comic artist. Her works have been published on Autostraddle and Skyd Magazine. In 2023, Megan and her longtime writing partner Meghan Kemp-Gee (The Animal in the Room) published their first graphic novel One More Year, a 240-page sports comedy about ultimate frisbee. It raised over $28,000 on Kickstarter and will be available for purchase in early 2024. Megan & Meghan's other notable works include "Space Heroines of El Andoo," a 68-page graphic novel about women in space who talk to each other and Contested Strip, a beloved ultimate frisbee webcomic.

 

When she isn't making art, Megan can be found playing drums or wrecking havoc on the ultimate frisbee fields of Los Angeles as her alter-ego, "Bacon."  Resume available upon request. Follow her on Instagram.
